Making little changes to our diet can reduce the inflammation and all your body to repair itself but we can not separate our physical health for our mental health. Our bodies are all one, we need to look at all the little things we do that can affect our health and learn to listen to our hearts and what our body is telling us. Finding the root cause instead of putting bandaids on it.
