Brittany is the mom next door you hope to have as your gf! Being a mom is full-time… but having a side hustle for yourself is important too. Through years of kids, diapers, careers and some WTF moments, she has finally found an outlet to express the chaos, ask the questions and dive in to deeper learning and a space to call her own! After years of bringing MOMS together by hosting evening get-togethers over glasses of wine, no kids or partners and a whole lot of common complaints, Brittany decided it was time to bring her female driven topics and #momdiscoveries to the podcasting platform. Here she talks all things life, health, fitness, kids, relationships – you name it, nothing is off the table! Diving deeper into all things motherhood, womanhood, and boss babe personal growth, she interviews some incredible guests finding tips and tricks, parenting hacks and longevity tips to make the most of our lives while keeping our sanity in check! It’s time to get real, let go of the expectations we feel from the outside and begin to live a life of fulfillment for self. Show yourself some self love and take some selfcare time to listen in! Brittany was a Realtor in her hometown of Vancouver before altering the look of her days and deciding to stay home to raise her kids…insert SAHM (stay at home mom) here. Although this was a choice she made, she always felt there was something missing in her path and from there, her self discovery began. After a few years of blogging and some other side hustles, Brittanys interest in the Podcast world grew. As an avid listener, she realized this is a world of creativity she would love to express herself within. With 25 years of partnership and 19+ years of marriage to her husband, 3 kids who are no longer babies and hitting the tween and teen years, family dramas, life stresses and anxieties, homeschooling and mental health hurdles… she has experienced many facets of life and is always open for further learning, education and knowledge. Brittany is also a driven competitor. She loves a good Ironman Triathlon or Trail Run. You can find her any day of the week with Lululemons and running shoes on either coming from a weights session at the gym, finishing a spin with Peloton or heading to the local trails for a solid run with her girlfriends and dog.
