Renting an Apartment in New York City

When I moved to New York years ago, I had no clue about the complexity that renting an apartment in New York City comes with. Broker Fees? Convertible? Guarantor? There’s a High Season? Obsessed with this, I ended up becoming a Real Estate Agent, and later the CEO of a Real Estate/Tech company. Because of this, I understand both worlds perfectly. I’ve been where you are now, and I know how Real Estate Agents think. So I created this podcast for those of those who are as clueless as I was when I initially came to The Big Apple – hoping to make my mark in guiding people in finding their place more easily. In it, you can expect to find all documentation needed, answer to questions about guarantors, broker fees, types of buildings to rent in, etc. This Podcast was created by Rodolfo Delgado, CEO and Cofounder of Replay Listings. Rodolfo Delgado is also an Official Member of FORBES Real Estate Council 2019.
