Chris Mongilia’s journey in the life of sports started as a middle school basketball coach in northern New Jersey. In March of 2012, he was coaching in a middle school basketball championship game; in March of 2017, he was coaching on the sidelines with Princeton University in the first round of March Madness on national television. In between those two events are the details and the habits that he continues to refine and further understand as his journey advances. As the director of men’s basketball operations at Princeton, his passion for growth persists in this podcast as he learns from others and lends some of his own insights. He will explore the intellectual approach to maximizing your ability and talk to accomplished professionals in the sports industry to learn what has allowed them to be able to succeed on their journeys in the life of sports.
