Your Sport Your World Your Voice On this week’s show, we’re asking the question, how do we ensure that BAME Football managers get fair opportunity? The term BAME refers to those from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds, who for a long time now have not been well represented in English football, and other part of Europe, when being considered for jobs such as manager, all the way up to boardroom positions. As recently as this year there have been as few as six BAME managers working in the top four divisions of English football! So just how big is the issue and what needs to be done to bring more BAME managers into the picture?
