Welcome to the Tea on Trauma podcast, where we will talk about developing a positive and uplifting mindset! After struggling with depression for years, I had made peace with the idea of being unhappy my whole life. However, when I was attacked by a stranger in my boyfriend’s apartment building, I thought my life had hit a new low. I cried everyday for months and thought that my life and future were hopeless. Two years later and I am the happiest and most positive I have ever been. I am so thankful for all of my traumas and experiences! Which is why I am here to share with you all the things I have learned that have helped me transform my mindset. This podcast is meant to give you that sip of positive energy and serve as a remainder that you are worthy and capable of changing your mindset and living your best life!
