Multimedia artist & parent Vyana Novus explores relational wellness through the lens of creativity. They merge their experiences of integrating complex trauma and chronic illness with a mindful, multidimensional mindset focused on creative expression. | Some topics you’ll hear discussed on the show include personal responsibility, creatively exploring presence, sexual liberation, trauma recovery, relating after abuse, conscious parenting, cultivating sustainable joy, being in relationship with ourselves, intergenerational trauma, deep time, and more. | For context, Vyana comes to the show with lived trauma experienced in the realms of (CW) early childhood incestuous rape, physical abuse, emotional & psychological abuse, drug addiction, and eating disorders. | Their professional background is diverse and expansive including creative directing, writing, branding, styling, illustration, allergen-free baking, massage therapy, teaching energy medicine, yoga, meditation, and adult & children’s art classes. As a student of Radical Relating, Vyana’s perspective is greatly informed by relating through difference in a grounded, skillful way. | | | Creatively Relating is color-coded.
