I started ”Why are we like this?” to reintroduce the act of understanding ourselves in hope to better understand each other. Through the process of understanding ourselves we understand how our core beliefs are shaped by our life experiences. By doing this within we are able to do this with each other and surprisingly, when we go through this process we find that we are able to hate less and relate more!
