She creates and delivers the development and wellbeing opportunities she needed as she navigated her high pressure former corporate career as an Executive Assistant to Chairs, CEOs, thought leaders and high profile people. It’s her mission to help organisations better support and care for their most valuable assets: their people and to empower the backbone of every organisation: their administration community. Rachael is currently writing her first book and lives on the Mornington Peninsula in Australia.
