After 3 knee surgeries and losing all of my basketball scholarships, I became a walk-on for the Division I Butler Bulldogs. As a walk-on, I learned lessons that helped me earn a scholarship, be on 3 NCAA tournament teams, get accepted into medical school, and earn a spot in one of the most competitive fields of medicine, Orthopedic Surgery. Here you will find practical lessons and advice that give you hope, encouragement, and belief that you don’t need anything more than what’s inside of you to be and accomplish everything you have ever dreamed of.
