About the Host –– Hi I’m Dr. Stephen V. I’m an experienced organizational leader who is a bit of a big thinker and innovator and leadership coach in the education space. With a rich background in organizational psychology, education, and conflict resolution I leverage those experiences to bring you thoughtful dynamic content. My mission is to help people take both their wins and losses, and use them as a launchpad for richer, more meaningful living. I know from experience that failure even more times than “success” can be used to positively transform not just who we are as individuals but who and how we influence others — from children to CEOs.
