It’s my podcast about unpacking all the big feelings I have, that usually boil down to loneliness and disconnection from various aspects of my life from career, communities, loved ones, and sometimes just being plain ol’ alone. This is where we talk about all the different places loneliness creeps its sweet self into and I try to understand what story that loneliness is trying to tell me.
