Inner Work Talks is an educational and experiential podcast for curious and introspective spiritual seekers who want to discover, love, heal, integrate, and self-actualize every part of who they are. This podcast will help you gain self-awareness, live a more conscious life, and become a more integrated and self-actualized human being through a combination of education and deep inner journeys. Integrating mindfulness-based, experiential, transpersonal, integral, and somatic psychology, Emma will be your host and guide through your inner world. Expect to learn about: -Parts Work (Internal Family Systems) -Inner Child Work -Shadow Work -Emotional Intelligence -A Transpersonal or Spiritual View of the Self Emma Donovan, MA, LPC, is a licensed therapist, IFS level 3 trained therapist, and the founder of Alternative Therapy STL. She believes inner work is for everyone. She decided to branch out of the therapy room and offer inner work education and guidance to those who do not necessarily need therapy, but are wanting to use deep inner work as a path of personal and spiritual growth. She is the founder of The Inner Work Hub and the host of Inner Work Talks, where she helps you discover, love, heal, integrate, and self-actualize every part of yourself. She is passionate about guiding you through your inner landscape to become the hero of your own life.
