If You Need Me

If You Need Me is a show about emotional support, whenever you need it. Every week, hosts Andy King and Anna Claire McCandless help manage the issues in each other’s lives, and offer support for friends and strangers who may need it.

Despite the intention to release this episode on the one year anniversary of beginning the show, Andy spent most of July sick, and then resting. So now, a month later than its intended release, AC and Andy say (a temporary) farewell as they close out their first year hosting If You Need Me. A painful show at times to produce, but ultimately, one of the most healing experiences of their lives.

Listeners, friends, and strangers may submit their own emotional support requests to the show through our social media pages on Facebook and Instagram, as well as by email. Support requests are discussed anonymously.
