Shut up & Talk….. kind of an oxymoron, right but Shut Up and Talk is geared towards those who constantly experience negative chatter that keeps them from being their best selves. So when you shut up with all the negativity and all the critical self to talk, youre then able to startlk about all the good start talking about good, positive things will come to you. I started with the midnight comedy chronicles because that’s when the voices in my head start to chatter, so I chatter back. Now,take that!
