What up Wayne’s mission is to connect and motivate listeners to follow their passion while providing an entertaining comedic twist with guests who are making strides in their selected professions. On a weekly basis, listeners will receive Wayne’s unique perspective from a social work lens on topics ranging but not limited to; Pop culture, current events, politics, career development, social life. Listeners will also be able to hear from up and coming leaders and rising stars in the black millennial community.
