Life is complex and we all have methods of tackling it. This podcast is centered around sharing my two preferred tools of navigation. My mind which is the energetic adventurer who is ready to dive into the abyss at a whim and my faith is the anchor that holds me down. I’m taking a leap of faith by sharing the unfiltered behind the scenes questions I ponder, nuggets I discover and experiences I go through.
