The Dog Days are the days of struggle. You’ve been through them. We’ve been through them. Some of the most inspiring people in the world have definitely been through them. Now we want to learn from them. This is a podcast for people who want to improve their lives through other people’s experiences or teachings without anything held back. Ollie, Ian and Junior are on a mission to learn from the dog days we have all been through. Whether it’s spiritually, entrepreneurially, physically or nutritionally – we’re here to ask the stupid questions, so you don’t have to. Honesty guaranteed. Preachiness not.

In this episode Ollie and Ian sit down with The Dog Days co-founder and former co-host Junior Eldstål as we discuss Junior’s struggles with his mental health.
We’re very proud of how open Junior is about his struggles since returning to England.
There are references to suicide in this episode and there is strong language used throughout.
Hope this helps someone else out there.
