Everyone says curiosity kills the cat. I might just disagree a little. Ignorance kills the cat and same goes for everybody else in terms of the status of our health. Speaking from experience in my country Nigeria, ignorance is a major stumbling block to healthy living of people. When people hear of ‘health condition’, they tend to think of critical situations whereas even as little as dizziness is a health condition. From the podcast title, “Healthea” is a derivative of healthier by replacing ‘thier’ with my nickname, Thea. Good health should never be underrated. I want you to be Healthea!
