Full Cup Club Podcast – Getting Back Up After Getting Knocked Down With Grief

We are two friends, Christina and Meghan, who met by chance on Instagram and now we talk about all things grief and loss (with some humor thrown in). We both lost our husbands and now we are boldly living life in the wake of loss, choosing joy and overcoming the tough stuff. Grief is something we carry and we aim to not let it weigh us down, but instead, grow with it. Cheers!

Losing someone you love sucks. Grieving them sucks. It all sucks. But one thing given to you, if you choose to see it, is the gift of perspective. In this episode, Christina and Meghan share their experience with being given perspective, their wake up calls, and their reality checks, and what they’re doing about it now.
