At a Total Loss

At a Total Loss

by

Formerly called “At a Total Loss” because when I first started this podcast just 4 months in, I was at a total loss. Literally. My first son, Brody, was stillborn at 37 weeks, and I didn’t know how I was going to survive. Now, a few years later, I’ve learned to live the loss life—and I want to help you do the same. This podcast is still a raw, real, and sometimes darkly funny look at what life after baby loss really feels like. From stillbirth to parenting after loss, navigating trauma, relationships, mental health, and everything in between—this is where we talk about the things no one else does. Whether you’re grieving, surviving, trying to make sense of it all, or just looking for someone who gets it… you’re in the right place. This isn’t just grief support. This is loss mama real talk. No fluff. No filter. Just you, me, and the truth about what it means to keep living when part of you is missing and what it takes to live the loss life carrying our babies with us.
