Anger is an emotion that gets a bad rap. I get it, it can look ugly and it can get expressed in unhealthy ways. But anger is an emotion just like joy, excitement, or sadness and when we are willing to look and to fully feel and experience it, anger can be a wonderful teacher and lead to a healthy emotional release.
