Inside Her Head

Whats inside your head? Does it need to get out? What are you doing to release? How are you breathing, are you even breathing? Inside her head is dedicated to women who are bold enough and brave enough to discuss what is bothering them and how they are able to get it out and what we as women do when we are living our lives on auto pilot waiting for someone else to give us our freedom or tell us that we can drive ourselves…Inside Her Head is a safe space for women, to just be without being for someone else first.
