YOKE’s mission is to impact middle school students by equipping passionate, faithful mentors to help those students discover their identity and purpose in Christ.
This month on the podcast, we’re catching up with some historic figures who have been through YOKE to see what they’re up to now. In this episode we talked with Steve Diggs, who served as a YOKE Folk at Christenberry Junior High School and later went on to found Emerald Youth Foundation in Knoxville. Steve shared with us about his ministry with Emerald Youth, how they have adapted to keep serving our community during the COVID-19 pandemic, and how he was impacted by his time serving with YOKE as a young adult.
