A Jesus lover, wife, mama to two and a gal that loves a good cup of hot, and I mean hot coffee. I remember what it felt like when I first thought about leading my kids to know and love God. I think the word overwhelmed was a bit of an understatement. For a long time I figured I didn’t have to do a whole lot cause if I was walking with God, why wouldn’t my kids? To be frank, I was totally winging this whole discipleship thing. But I discovered to create Jesus-loving kids I had to get a bit more intentional. Throughout my mamahood journey, God revealed more to me on how He wants me to do this. Discipling doesn’t have to be a checklist of what to do, it’s actually a whole lot simpler.
