The name “Short Skirts and A Long Scripture,” came about because we wanted to express an element of the toxic double standard from our upbringing, (good girls should cover their bodies so that boys are not tempted to sin) and respectfully acknowledge the religious aspect of our youth. In this podcast, Hana and Cas want to think about the question, “Is it possible to leave your past behind while still honoring where you came from?”
