Faithfully Working

We believe that work matters. Our day in and day out, where we spend the majority of our time, is a part of God’s plan. No matter what you do, that part of your day is important to God, and to us. Yet at the same time we see that work is broken. It’s fraught with disorder, idolatry, disfunction and difficulty. Through Faithfully Working we hope to reconnect to meaning and purpose as God has designed. To help us have a right and proper posture before God as we work in His Kingdom. We continue to look back at our time with Dr. Cory Willson and his book Work & Worship. Today Dr. Willson talks with a smaller group at Christ Church about how we integrate our work and our worship. Cory is a Missiology professor and deeply interested in how God’s people are formed for through theology and engagement with the Scriptures for a life of worship in God’s world.
