Dr. Paul Chappell is the senior pastor of Lancaster Baptist Church and the President of West Coast Baptist College in Lancaster CA. He is passionate about encouraging and equipping pastors and spiritual leaders for the work of Christ! The Spiritual Leadership Podcast is produced for this cause.
