One Master Audio

“No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” (Matthew 6:24)

It is truth; no one can serve 2 masters. Covetousness is idolatry and the god of Mammon (money and things) rules over many instead of God. If we desire anything more than we do Him, it begins to gain the mastery over our lives. And if you want it too much, you’ll go too far to get it. The enemy uses this to deceive and defraud millions every day. But when the Lord is our one and only Master, and we desire Him above all, we’ll be kept safe and our hearts will know fulfillment like no money or thing could ever give!
