Using techniques to retrain our thought patterns and gain a greater understanding of our physiological responses to stress, worry, anger, hope, love and happiness. Our goal is to lead a life with a deeper understanding of ones self, no self and the external world. We use practical tools and talk from a grounded and rational approach using science and experience as our basis to build upon.
