Did you know only 25% of a group is needed to shift a social norm? The mainstream Reiki narrative is incomplete – you intuitively know this. The real question is: do you trust yourself more than the system? That tension between feeling your soul calling in one direction, but what you’ve learned pulling you in the other, is a paradox many of us feel. Energy work at its core is about embodiment, not hand books. Integrity not imitation. Truth not tradition. This isn’t about swapping one dogma for another, it’s about returning to the source of power that’s always been within Spiritual wisdom.
