I’m Ryan, a 36 year old man & father trying to heal and transform myself after a life of trauma, drug addiction, struggle, & suffering. Over the last decade I have obsessively studied all things psychology, philosophy, spiritual teachings & practices from around the world, holistic medicine and more, in an effort to understand and overcome my struggles. I’m now on a path of integration, recovery, growth as a spiritual practitioner & human.
