Learn From My Wedding Mistakes

Learn From My Wedding Mistakes

by

Newlyweds share candidly about the wedding-related things that didn’t go according to plan, what kept them sane in the process, and what they would do differently if they had to do it all over again. They say hindsight is 20/20, but there’s no reason you have to make the same mistakes they did. If you’re feeling like your wedding planning journey is less rainbows and butterflies, and more like a sinking ship on fire, take refuge in the fact that you’re not alone. Listen to these couples stories, gather the advice and lessons, and most importantly, learn from their wedding mistakes. Hosted by Candi Block, owner of Block Weddings & Events, we’ll dive in to the issues that every engaged couple can relate to, and share practical, logistical, and self-care lessons you can immediately apply to your own wedding planning journey.

It might be a little faux pas to discuss money, but let’s face it, unless you’re in the wedding industry or you’ve planned a wedding before, knowing who and how much to tip is a big unknown. Most couples don’t want to offend their vendors, but they also aren’t comfortable asking about it, so today I’m tackling the question head on! These tips are based on what I’ve seen most over my last 5 years in the industry. I understand every couple’s budget differs, so I’m giving you common tipping ranges and alternatives to monetary tips that could fit any budget. Remember, tips aren’t required but they’re appreciated, and at the end of the day, it’s all about saying thank you to your vendors, which you can do in a lot of different ways!
