My name is Lou. I am completely blind, autistic and I have ADHD and anxiety. On this podcast I will be raising awareness around the topics of blindness, neurodiversity and mental health. I will be sharing my own personal experiences as well as information, myth busting and useful tips and tricks. I hope that my podcast is interesting, inspiring, informative, and that you gain more understanding and acceptance through listening.
