This podcast is designed to explore our current mental-health climate and ways in which we may improve our well-being.
Disclaimer: These episodes are intended to aid you in making the best determinations for yourself when it comes to your mental-health; however, it is important to note that I am not recommending you follow any suggestion without the help of a qualified counselor who may know your situation better than I. Nothing discussed in these episodes constitutes “therapy,” and I am not acting as a “professional counselor” in this medium. These discussions are intended for an audience that has the outside therapeutic resources that may directly facilitate their own personal process. In this episode, I offer a response to two recent emails regarding somatic experiences in meditation, ideas on finding a suitable therapist to further that work, and a few ideas on gaining greater access to ones more vulnerable emotions. I describe a video related to one of the emails. If you would like to view that for yourself and/or take a look at the comments I was responding to, you can find that direct link here.
