Growing up in the 80’s and 90’s there was a severe lack of Mental Health awareness. Those children are now adults with unaddressed trauma that are searching for a supportive community. We are those adults and we are that community! Join us as we break the stigma surrounding Mental Health, share our personal experiences, talk with guest speakers, and embark on a journey to build a community that heals together.
