Welcome to How to Cope! A new podcast exploring just how we can best manage our mental health, when the global coronavirus crisis is doing its very best to pummel our sanity into a pulp.
Each episode, writer Becky Howard and psychotherapist Lucy Clyde will explore one element of the overwhelming amount of changes we’re all having to deal with – and help us all find our way through this the best way we can.
From relationship challenges to mood swings, loneliness to parenting crises, Covid-19 is having all sorts of unprecedented impacts on our lives. So we’re going to talk, share advice, and laugh our way through this, from a socially-responsible distance of at least 2 metres, of course.
