Am I Mental?

Hopefully this is a mental health podcast unlike others. Come here to hear personal stories about living with mental health issues and connect with others who also have mental health issues. Participate in the chat and maybe even get invited on the show to share your story. The goal of this podcast is 2 fold:

1) To help remove the stigma surrounding mental health and mental illness
2) To help those who have mental health issues know that you are not alone.
