Some necessities in life:

Intake of food & beverages to get proper vitamins & minerals.

Communications with family & friends.

Peaceful relationships with others.

Maintaining your living/housing/physical safely & securely.

Maintaining your basic transportation to & from another necessity in life.

Ensuring proper intake of Medicine, if any, as directed by your doctor. Typically medicine for your physical health.

Ensuring you get a proper education in life.

Maintaining and ensuring your job/work is peaceful and enjoyable every day.

Cleaning your home and/or self under your own control and desire.

Organizing your life, maybe for others, and most importanly yourself.

Stay away from recreational drugs to be levelheaded, so you can begin to heal properly.

It’s essential you understand them, so you can work on yourself daily in order to live a happy peaceful life. May peace be with you always. Don’t forget that time is on your side.
