When life gives us lemon, do we choose to make lemon-aid or we sub over the situation and asked the question, “why me” but come to think about it. If there weren’t any challenges, would we ask the question “why me”, or we would gladly accept. Humm mm! food for thought. In my early years of life, I have suffered Postpartum Depression, been that I was very young and did not understand what was going on in my body It leaved me traumatize. The experience leaved me with no other choice but to give back to the Mental Health Community through podcasting. There’s never a testimony without a test.
