Welcome to Naked & Wandering!! Or as I like to call it: Behind the scenes at yoga school! This show is all about connecting with inspiring people who follow passion and freedom for a living. Together we will learn from them, hear how they did it and understand how we all can pursue our dreams. I’m Lauren Rudick, the founder & director of Yoga Academy International. I’ve been running one of the world’s highest ranking yoga school’s for the last 7 years and I’ve been teaching yoga for 15 years! I’m here to share with you everything about being an international yoga teacher, entrepreneur, woman in business, woman who fucks up, woman who is learning, powerhouse, solo female traveler and human. On this show I’ll share all of my mistakes and triumphs, failures and lessons and connect you with amazing people who do the same. We promise to be unabashedly honest, have nothing to hide and nothing to cover up. This is how we find ourselves naked and wandering in the world.
