When it comes to meditation, we often think we need to devote significant time to creating a practice. But for some of us, that is just not possible. We’re too busy raising children, taking care of the house, working at least 40 hours a week, running errands, maintaining a life in-person and online, starting a business, taking care of our physical bodies, etc. What if I told you, you don’t need to set aside separate time for meditation?
