Shannon Hansen is a Certified Health Coach and a Functional Nutrition Practitioner, she uses her real-life experience and practical education to bring you the best tips and strategies to improve energy, lose the resistant thyroid weight and keep your hair thick and healthy all while keeping up with your busy lives and without giving up Dr. Pepper and Chocolate. Shannon is a Christian and faith-based mom, she is married to her high school sweetheart and has 3 beautiful daughters. Shannon is passionate about educating women (and their daughters) about their hormones. She knows that the key to their ability to live happy healthy lives is through balancing and regulating their hormones. Shannon takes a unique approach to thyroid health, using food first to help you quickly gain energy. She teaches food combining, key nutrients, and how to detox dirty energy foods from your diet and lifestyle in a simple and sustainable way. Second, learning to map your symptoms, she believes your symptoms are your number one asset to finding your root cause for poor thyroid function. The third thing she teaches is about thyroid blockers, knowing that each individual person has experienced a minimum of 5 blockers, she understands that the root cause for each woman is different, but is dedicated to helping you locate and correct those blockers.
