Jordan’s been a Ripped Body client for the past year, first working with Coach Reid, and then Coach Matt. In that time, he’s lost 40 pounds of body fat while adding 10 pounds of lean muscle.

Before working with us, Jordan believed he’d never have abs, and he didn’t understand how to lose weight and keep it off. Now he’s in the best shape of his life, and he managed to do this right after having his second child, with a busy travel schedule.

Jordan shares insights into his fitness journey, the tools that helped him master his eating, and more.
