Kirstie is a Certified Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer whose personal experience gaining – and losing – 30lbs created a passion to help other women overcome the weight challenges of midlife in a way that works for them. She is an expert in midlife weight loss, nutrition, exercise and hormone imbalance.
