As a working mother of three, I know the challenges that women face in making their own health a priority. My goal is to help others realize that they are not alone in their struggles and that every problem can be overcome with the right mindset. I’ve struggled with weight and hunger issues ever since childhood and always thought there was something wrong with me. Turns out my body was just responding to learned eating habits.
