Let Us Eat Cake

Let Us Eat Cake

by

Co-hosts and Registered Dietitians Ali Eberhardt and Hannah Robinson are dedicated to ditching diet culture, taking weight stigma and fat phobia head on, and cutting the bullsh*t out of “health and wellness”. They know information about nutrition is endless, confusing… and convincing. It is their mission to break down this information using science and by explaining how our bodies and nutrition actually work. Each episode will answer listener questions, cut through nutrition myths and hopefully have some fun with you along the way. Sound Editing & Podcast Production: BroNik Consulting https://bronikconsulting.com/ Hannah and Ali are excited to announce a new way to work with them. Starting September 2024 they are offering a new Intuitive Eating program designed for individuals who are interested in learning intuitive eating principles and practicing these new skills with a safe, supportive community. This is a 10 session program, with each session offering a 45 minute meal support at lunch, followed by a 45 minute process group exploring each of the intuitive eating principles. Space is limited so make sure to check out things out if you are interested. https://www.hannahrobinson.ca/programs The information presented in this podcast does not replace the individual nutrition recommendations from your health care providers.
