Talk PAD- Talk Positively about Dyslexia

Changing the Conversation Around Dyslexia: Celebrating Strengths, Not Struggles. For far too long, dyslexia has been portrayed through a negative lens, focusing only on the challenges rather than recognising the creativity, resilience, and innovation it often brings.

Determined to change the narrative, the former See No Bounds team, including renowned motivational speaker Jamie McAnsh, partnered with leading dyslexia expert Guy Brewer, founder of Golexia, to launch a groundbreaking initiative.

Their monthly show, now successfully completed, was dedicated to reshaping perceptions of dyslexia by celebrating the many ways individuals with dyslexia overcome obstacles, adapt creatively, and thrive. Each episode featured either an expert in the field of dyslexia research, education, or support, or inspiring guests who live with dyslexia themselves — individuals who have thought outside the box, challenged stereotypes, and carved out incredible successes in their personal and professional lives.

Through real stories, expert advice, and a focus on solutions rather than limitations, the show built a community that highlighted dyslexia as a different way of thinking, not a disability. The series aimed to provide valuable insights for individuals with dyslexia, parents, educators, and employers seeking to better understand and support neurodiversity.

Although the series has now concluded, its impact lives on. It has played a key role in promoting a positive narrative about dyslexia, driving greater awareness, fostering inclusion, and encouraging a future where dyslexia is recognised for the many strengths it brings to the table. Whether you are looking to learn more about dyslexia support, explore neurodiversity in the workplace, or simply be inspired by incredible personal stories of triumph, the series leaves behind a legacy of hope, possibility, and celebration of difference.
