In each episode of The Food Journey, you will hear about a new region or country. With some surprising destinations. You will get an insight into what shaped its cuisine. And you will discover directly from a local chef what is so special and unique about her region’s cuisine, taking as an example a typical and representative dish, with its wine pairing.
