We went with a quick one today. got 15-20 minutes? Even less? No problem baby! Papa Lyle’s got your lunch hack at the ready. The queso’s texture goes so damn well with the roasted blend or jalapeno, poblano, and bell pepper blend. Add the tort and tomato paste and you good to go! Don’t forget to set your broiler for high when you start.
Ingredients:
Peppers(1 jalapeno, 1/2 bell, 1/3 poblano)
1tbsp Butter/oil
Mesquite liquid smoke
salt(if desired)
1 1/2tsp Tomato paste
2oz Queso
